Of course, your mandatory traineeship is paid. As our hotels are located across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, compensation varies depending on your traineeship location.

So you are:

  • A hospitality, hotel management or tourism student.
  • Open-minded, friendly and guest-focused.
  • Ready to take responsibility and get hands-on.
  • A true team player with a can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment.
  • Confident in English.
  • Fluent in German: B1 for F&B, B2 for Front Office, C1 for HR.
  • Eligible to work in the respective country.
